A line that runs warm and cleans out fully.

Complete chocolate lines — double jacketed tanks with agitation, jacketed pipework that holds temperature the whole way, plus sanitary pumps, strainers and valves. Chocolate needs a steady temperature: one cold spot and the line sets solid and blocks. So every run is jacketed or traced, and falls are calculated so the line drains completely. Welds are sanitary orbital and crevice-free — so the wash reaches everywhere and no fat sits in a joint.
