Double Jacketed Tanks

Heating and cooling in the same shell.

A double jacketed tank has a twin wall — the heating or cooling medium runs in the outer jacket, the product sits inside. We build double jacketed vessels for chocolate, sauces, dairy, jam and chemicals — steam, hot-water or chilled-water jacket to suit. The jacket is designed to the working pressure and temperature, pressure-tested and documented before handover. Options: full jacket, half jacket, or half-pipe coil for higher pressures — with thermal insulation and a stainless cladding if needed.
